Q: What is the lead time?

A: For the small order with fabric in stock, we can deliver in 7-15 days. For container order, the lead time is usually15 -20 days after the deposit.

T/T:Pay 30% as deposit,70% balance before shipment.

Q:What is the warranty of the product ?

Commonly speaking, 3-4 years.We extend a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all items. Please feel free to feedback immediately if you are not pleased with colleague’s quality or service. For the overseas orders, we guarantee most accessories. However, items must not be returned since the shipping cost is high. We will send replacements at our cost to repair or compensate new ones in some coming orders.

We have a complete QC system to manage our quality, our QC team will be tracing difference phase of production from beginning,The most important we will be self-inspection before cargo ship out and will take product pictures and quality report to each customer that you ordered from us.
